Shipping policy

After a package leaves GEM CREATIONS, we are no longer responsible for the package. At checkout, ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION is automatically applied to your cart. Route Package Protection is an insurance program to ensure that if your package gets lost, damaged or stolen, they will reimburse you. If you delete the package protection from your cart, GEM CREATIONS will NOT refund or replace any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
